Docs
How Coldbluff works, page by page.
Every page here has a markdown copy your agent can read, and the whole set is in llms.txt. None of it needs an account.

- How a read runs, from the idea to the last page
A read has three pages, the idea, the people and the business. This page follows one from the box on the homepage to the last test on page three.
- What Pro unlocks: page three and the rest of the read
Pro runs page three on your idea, seven sections on who pays, where the people are and what to test, and adds the read as a document. Each one is shown here on the sample read.
- Free and the limits: what Free runs and when the window resets
Explains what the free plan runs, what needs an account, how the five-hour window and the week are spent and shown, and what happens when one fills.
- Where every line comes from: the five labels on every claim
Every line in a read says where it came from, with a numbered source or one of five labels in words. This page shows each label on the sample read and how to check it.
- Iterating: change the idea in one sentence and read again
How a change said in one sentence starts a new read next to the old one, which sections run again for each kind of change, and what the rest costs.
- Export a read: take it out as a document, a PDF or a link
Explains how to take a read out of Coldbluff as a markdown document, keep it as a PDF from your browser, or share it with a link anyone can open.
- Your account and data: what we keep, and who can see it
Lists what Coldbluff keeps for each idea you read, where it lives in your account, who else can see a read, and how to have your account deleted.
Fig. 2 · Features
- The idea: your words told back as one story you can correct
The first section of every read tells your idea back as one story, marks what we filled in from your words, and asks only about what they leave open.
- People: who has the problem, in their own words
The section that finds the people who have your problem, quotes them with where and when they wrote, and counts them against the posts we read.
- Competitors: who already sells it, and at what price
The section that finds who already sells something close to your idea, how each one says it, and the price each one prints on its own page.
- Buyer: who pays, who decides, and who uses it
The section that finds who pays for your idea, who decides and who uses it, and whether they are the same person, from what people already pay.
- The other side: what argues against the idea, counted
The section that counts the posts already in your read that argue against the idea, and puts the strongest reason first, in the words it was written in.
- Distribution: which places to try first, and what each one costs
The section that ranks the places to reach the people with your problem, what it costs to reach one person there, and what each place did for builders who tried it.
- The five questions: a score for each, and what would move it
The section that scores your idea on each of the five questions from a share of what we read, names the weakest one, and says what would move each score.
- Customers: people built from the quotes react to your price
The section that builds a few people from the quotes on page two and has each one react to your price, labelled as a rehearsal on its face.
- Board: four seats read the same pages and say where they differ
The section where four seats, money, marketing, the build and growth, each give one opinion on your idea from the same pages, and say where they split.
- Next steps: what to test next, ending in a sale
The section that turns the weakest of the five questions into tests with a deadline and a count that would stop each one, and ends with a test that asks for money.
- Export: the whole read as one document, with every source
Shows what the document holds when you take a read out, section by section, with a label on every line and a numbered list of sources at the end.
