Fig. 3 · How the limits work

A rolling five-hour window, and a weekly cap.

Every plan has two limits. The first is a window: it opens with your first read and closes five hours later, and what you run inside it counts against that window. The second is a cap on the week. When you reach either, you wait for it to reset. The window resets five hours after it opened; the week resets seven days after your first read in it.

How much fits in a window depends on the length and complexity of what you run. A short iteration on what we already found costs little; a full read that fetches new posts costs more. Coldbluff shows what each step will cost before it runs, and when a window is full it says so and says when it frees up.

Pro buys more of each window than Free. Max buys five or twenty times what Pro does. Your agent draws on the same window and the same week as you do.

There are no one-time purchases and no packs. When a window resets, what was in it is gone.

Fig. 4 · Questions

The ones people ask before they pay.

Can I cancel?
Any time, from the account menu. The plan runs to the end of the paid month and then stops; nothing renews after that.
What does the free plan actually give me?
A first read: the idea told back, the people who have the problem in their own words, and who already sells it. Then a small window, and the same window again five hours later, enough to rewrite the idea and ask again. The rest of the read stays locked on Free.
What if the read finds nobody?
Then it says so, and you see the search that came back empty. That read still counts against the window, because we did read. A read that fails on our side is refunded to the window.
Does my agent have its own limit?
No. It spends from the same window and the same week as you, on whichever plan the account holds.
Can I buy a pack, or more credits?
No. There are no packs and nothing is called credits. A window resets on its own five hours after it opened; a bigger window is the next plan up.
Is tax included?
Prices exclude applicable tax. Checkout shows the tax for your country before you pay.

You have fourteen days to withdraw from a purchase. Because the service starts as soon as you pay, checkout asks for your express consent to start it right away, and your acknowledgement that you lose the right of withdrawal once it has started.
