# Coldbluff changelog

What shipped, newest first. Each line says what you can do now that you couldn't before, or what reads better than it did. The page is https://coldbluff.ai/changelog and the feed is https://coldbluff.ai/changelog.xml.

## 2026-10-11

- (improvement/agent) Your agent sends you to what Pro unlocks, not to checkout
  When a read reaches a part that runs on Pro, your agent now points you at the page that says what Pro adds, so you decide with the facts in front of you. Every tool also shows a plain name in your agent's tool list, and says outright that none of them deletes anything.
- (improvement/read) Source links under quotes are underlined
  Under each quote on the business page, the source now has an underlined link to the page it came from, the same as in the people section.

- (improvement/read) The read looks where your people are
  The story now has a sixth slot, where these people are and the language they write in. We read it from what you type (a currency, a city, the language itself) and you can correct it. From then on every section searches there: the people in their language and their rooms, the competitors in that market, their prices in that currency, and what channels produced for businesses like yours. A café in Sibiu is read in Romanian and in lei, and what we write back to you stays in English, with their quotes left as they wrote them.
- (improvement/read) The channel plan says no to ads by arithmetic, not beside them
  Distribution now works out what one buyer is worth at your price and sets the cost to win one buyer on each paid place against it. A place that costs more than a buyer is worth leaves the plan and is listed under it with both numbers, instead of ranked with a monthly spend next to a line telling you not to spend it.
- (improvement/read) The plan takes your story as true
  Whether your price holds or people want this is now left to the other side, the five questions and the next steps, which read the same pages. The plan only says where these people are reached, in what order, at what cost per buyer, and what each place did for builders who tried it.
- (improvement/read) You can see there's more under each card on page three
  Every card used to end in one small line that said it had more. Now the first lines of the detail show through a fade, with the button to open it on top, so you don't miss the evidence, the plan or the tests under the lead.
- (feature/site) A changelog, with a feed
  This page lists what shipped, newest first, in plain words. Subscribe to the feed at /changelog.xml, or point your agent at /changelog.md to read the same lines as text.
- (feature/app) Tell us what went wrong, from any page
  A Feedback tab sits on the right edge of every page once you're signed in. Say what broke, what's missing, what got in the way, or what you'd want, and it lands with the people who build Coldbluff. Under the scores of a read there's a line for the read itself, so you can tell us what it got wrong.
- (feature/agent) Your agent can send feedback too
  The connection has a new tool, send_feedback. When a tool couldn't do what you asked, a refusal didn't say what to do next, or a read read wrong, your agent can say so in one call. It spends nothing from your window.
